It all began with a foundry
Steven Hunter bio:
I struggled with the disease of addiction for many years. I was ashamed of who I became. To be honest, I was ashamed and embarrassed to ask for help because of the stigma associated with the disease of addiction. As a person in long term recovery, I am no longer ashamed of my past struggles. I am an advocate for those struggling with the disease of addiction and the recovery community. If my story can help someone else then my past struggles were worth it. This is when I decided to start taking better care of my body and health. If I couldn’t take better care of me then how was I to help others. At this time in 2019 is when I first began my fitness journey. I saw the impact it made in all areas of my life and daily activities. I decided to become NASM certified in personal training so I could help other people in my community achieve their goals to a healthier way of life. If you want to build muscle or just tone up and improve your life, I can help you achieve those goals..
